Gas Cutting Machine for Pipes (CG2-11C/11D/11Y)

CG2-11C Characteristics:
1. This machine's magnetic roller-wheel can attach to the pipe and automatically cut when crawling around the pipe. The bevel can be cut by inclined torch, so does horizontal, vertical and face-up direction. The machine has been widely used in pipeline engineering projects.
2. The machine has self grid voltage compensation function, can maintain even-pace crawling even under dramatic voltage fluctuation.

CG2-11D Characteristics:
1. This machine is made of high strength aluminum alloy by die-casting. It is light weight and portable, and widely used to cut pipes in petroleum, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, mechanical manufacturing and other areas.
2. Operation adopts motor variable/changing speed driving. The main mode-plasma cutting can cut stainless steel pipe.
3. Extraordinary high circumference cutting precision. Steady speed.

CG2-11Y Characteristics:
1. This manual swinging gas cutting machine is applicable to various seamless steel pipeline cutting (including bevel cutting) in petroleum industry, chemical engineering, boiler manufacturing, power plant, shipbuilding, constructional engineering, motor vehicle, bridge building and so on.
2. This machine adopts worm wheel and worm gearing driving system, with chains to be fixed tightly on the tube outside surface, and use manual swinging as driving, moving through four wheels.

3. Cutting flame source is Oxyacetylene flame or oxygen-propane flame.
4. The machine body outward appearance is made by aluminum alloy by die casting therefore it is lightweight and good-looking.
5. No electricity needed, especially suitable to be used outdoor or places without electric power source. It is convenient and flexible with high work efficiency, therefore become indispensable equipments for pipeline construction.
